About this preset
Fit this preset in After Effects
This file has no keyframes the web editor can safely change. Apply it in After Effects, select its keys, then run the selected-key script.
Open the downgraderKeyboard and selection help
Shift-click to add or remove keys. Drag an empty timeline area to select a group. Use the arrow keys to move selected keys by one frame, or Shift + arrow for ten. Alt-drag ignores snapping. Space selects a focused key; Shift + Space adds it to the selection. The ruler starts at the first saved key.
Make it fit your clip
The script fits your selection to each target layer.
Drag either end to leave room before or after the animation.
Your next step
- Extract the ZIP, keeping the FFX and JSX together.
- Select your layers in After Effects.
- Choose File → Scripts → Run Script File and run the JSX.
Change a clip’s length later? Select its keys and refit them with the selected-key script below.
Fit keys already in After Effects
Select keyframes in After Effects, then run this script. It also handles properties the web editor cannot decode.
Uses your fit settings when a preset is open. Otherwise, fits the full visible clip. Expressions stay unchanged and can override keyframe values.
