How limits and pass time work

Batch size means how many files you can select for one run.

Concurrent patches means how many website jobs can run together.

Active queue means every waiting and running job on your account.

Pass timing: Pro starts when you redeem the license key and expires after the pass duration. Another pass adds time after your current expiry. A patch already running continues after your pass expires and remains available to download.

Processed video library: Free processed videos are kept for 15 days with 15 GB of library storage. Videos completed while an active Pro pass is on the account are kept for 90 days with 400 GB of library storage. Existing video expiry dates do not get shortened when a pass ends.
