Privacy

Data Upload120 receives

Discord provides the account identifier, username, display name, avatar, and language information used to sign you in. Upload120 stores account settings, quota and reward records, Pro access, reviews, referrals, support messages, notifications, and processing history connected to that identifier.

Service records can include file name and technical metadata, job state, timestamps, error details, shortened IP or device hashes, browser information, and security events. Upload120 uses these records to run the service, apply limits, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.

What Upload120 does not do

Upload120 does not sell personal information. The website and extension do not read unrelated browsing history. The extension only acts on the TikTok Studio upload flow after you select a supported file.

Files, processing, and retention

Video processing

When you choose a video, Upload120 sends that file to the service so the Studio Method can prepare a separate copy. Your source file stays on your device. Active, completed, failed, and cancelled jobs keep technical records so your queue, quota, and account history work.

Stored job input and output files expire after 15 days unless you delete a completed, failed, or cancelled job sooner. A download stops working after its stored output is deleted. Public or unlisted library copies follow the expiry shown in your account.

Preset & Project Converter

The converter processes selected AEP and FFX files for the requested After Effects version. Upload120 does not keep the uploaded source or converted file after the request finishes. Your account can keep a conversion record, including the file name and selected versions, for up to one year. You can delete that record from the converter.

Diagnostics

Upload120 may keep a limited diagnostic copy when a processing failure needs investigation. Diagnostic copies expire after 15 days unless the owner marks a specific record for longer investigation. Contact support with the job ID if you want a diagnostic record reviewed or removed.

Cloud collection

The Cloud collection stores the files, folders, links, and hashtags you add to your signed-in account. It supports AEP projects, FFX presets, fonts, sound files, and video files. Cloud items remain available until you delete them, your account is deleted, or a service or account limit requires removal. Upload120 records the item name, type, size, folder, share settings, and download activity needed to provide the collection.

Cloud files can be checked with automated safety controls and may receive limited owner access when needed to investigate a report, security event, abuse, Terms violation, moderation question, service failure, or support request. This is not blanket routine human monitoring, and no check promises to detect every unsafe file. Owner access is restricted to these purposes and can include the file content and its metadata.

Anyone with a view-only Cloud link can open it without signing in. Edit links still require Discord login. When a signed-in person opens a shared file or folder, Upload120 records the access time and Discord account name for the owner. Anonymous views are not identified in the viewer list. You can revoke any link. Do not store material you are not allowed to share or that you need to keep outside this review process.

Terms of use

Your responsibilities

Use Upload120 only with files and accounts you have permission to use. Keep your Discord account and sign-in sessions secure. You are responsible for checking the converted or processed copy before publishing it.

Prohibited use

Do not bypass quotas, submit unlawful material, disrupt the service, automate abusive traffic, probe private controls, access another account, spread malware, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. Upload120 can limit or remove access, cancel active work, or block abusive requests when these rules are broken.

Service results and availability

Upload120 provides files and account features on an as-available basis. TikTok, Discord, Payhip, Cloudflare, browsers, codecs, and file formats can change outside Upload120’s control. Upload120 cannot promise TikTok acceptance, compression behavior, playback quality, reach, recommendation eligibility, shadowban status, uninterrupted access, or compatibility with every file.

Nothing on the checker or comparison pages is a guarantee about a future upload. Review the result before using it and keep your original files.

Purchases and refunds

Pro passes are one-time digital access products sold through Payhip. A pass adds the stated access time after Upload120 verifies the payment and links it to the Discord account used to start checkout. It is not a recurring subscription.

Contact support if the wrong product was delivered, activation remains pending or needs review, or Upload120 could not provide the purchased access. Include the purchase email and order details, but do not send payment-card information. An approved refund can remove the related Pro access. Used access may be non-refundable where the law allows, and any mandatory consumer rights in your country still apply.

Deletion and account controls

You can delete completed, failed, or cancelled jobs from account history. Deletion removes linked stored input and output files and revokes the download. Cancel an active job before deleting it.

The account page lets you export the account data Upload120 makes available to you and request account deletion. A deletion request removes or disconnects account data where the service can do so, subject to records Upload120 must keep for security, fraud prevention, license enforcement, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Cookies and local storage

Upload120 uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. The website can store language, queue recovery, dismissed notices, and interface preferences in your browser. The extension stores its connection token in browser session storage and keeps non-secret settings on the device.

Clearing browser or extension storage can sign you out, remove local preferences, or stop an unfinished queue from appearing on that device. Server-side job and quota records remain authoritative.

Security and age

Upload120 limits access to private account and owner routes, hashes selected abuse-prevention identifiers, and keeps secrets outside public website files. No internet service can promise perfect security. Report a suspected account or data issue through support.

Upload120 is not directed to children who cannot consent to online services under the law where they live. A parent or guardian can contact support about an account used by a child.

Ownership and non-affiliation

Upload120 is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by TikTok, ByteDance, Discord, Payhip, Cloudflare, Google, Adobe, or After Effects. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Third-party names in comparisons

Upload120 may show third-party product or service names only to identify the method being discussed in a comparison. That informational use does not suggest affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, approval, or any relationship with the named owner. Upload120 does not claim ownership of those names, logos, or other marks. Each owner keeps its applicable trademark and other rights. Prices and feature descriptions come from public pages, may change, and should be checked with the provider before you rely on them.

The Studio Method implementation includes third-party open-source work credited in Upload120’s published notices. Upload120’s website design, service code, and original content remain protected by their applicable rights.

Use the account page to change available profile settings, export account data, or start account deletion. Use the support page for privacy, access, deletion, purchase, security, or file questions. You can also contact Discord @willaep.

Upload120 can update these policies when the service or its providers change. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on the website or in the Upload120 Discord server.
